No Refund Policy All payments made to Upticks.in are final. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Change of mind. Lack of usage or participation. Failure to complete a course or program. Dissatisfaction with trading performance or results. Misunderstanding of course content, features, or requirements. Our Mentorship Programs involve dedicated time and resources from our trading experts. Because of this personalized commitment, mentorship fees are generally non-refundable once paid.

If you are enrolled in any recurring educational subscriptions or premium community access:

• You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the period already billed.
• Upon cancellation, your access to the subscription services will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

We strive to maintain high availability for our platform. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact our support team immediately. Upticks.in will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds will not be issued for temporary technical interruptions, routine maintenance, or issues arising from the user's internet connection, hardware limitations, or circumstances outside our direct control.
